We are always happy to assist you in claim advice & progress reporting, so please call our helpfull claims managers relating to any matter that

  • May cause you concern or is unduly delayed in the claims process

  • Could be a matter needing clarification or advice prior to lodgement to Insurers

Something else:

  • DO NOT authorise repairs without our prior consent

  • Send us a copy of any correspondence from any other parties or any notice of impending prosecution or legal action IMMEDIATELY you receive them.
  • Do not take legal action without insurer's consent
